Arresto Menor

Hi

I would like to seek legal advice, my father has homicide case filed and he was detained to provincial Jail. Now spoke the family of the victim and we had initial agreement for settlement in exchange of my property (a piece of lot) plus cash. Do you think that would be enough or too much? Now I would like to know the proper procedure for settlement and what are the necessary documents we needed, to ensure that may father case will be dismissed and receive his freedom.
