Hi All,
I would just like to know your opinion and to seek legal advice/assistance as well.
Currently, we are or most rather my father is experiencing a threat from a certain person whom he have fought two weeks ago. The argument started from a simple bet on a billiard game until their conversation became personal to the point that the guy told my father that he will kill him (i was already asleep that time and just heard it from my sister in law who is on the scene). When my mother came back from the hospital due to emergency they immediately went to the barangay hall to file blotter.
After that my dad keeps receiving text messages somehow threatening messages from the guy. Now I received a friend request in FB which I assumed that it was that crazy guy since I saw his post saying Condolences posting the picture of my dad and our dog (Our dog died almost a week after the incident). I want to file a case against him but I don't know if this is already an issue that the police will take action of. I really wanted to help my dad since he has a heart disease and as much as possible we don't want him to be depressed or to add more burden on him. I know my dad keeps thinking about it since he always puts our safety first.
