Hi.

I would just like to ask. I am currently in floating status. Im also done taking the assessment and there is already an account with a start date where we will be transferring to. We signed a paper that proves it.

However, that account is downsizing and cannot accomodate more agents.

What can we do about this?

Also, our company asked the agents to sign the redeployment around July. I filed and passed my resignation effective on the 11th of August but I retracted by resignation on the 10th.

They asked me to sign the redeployment and it was backdated. I think it's about the pay. They dont want me to be paid while on floating.

Is that process valid?

employees don't get any paid while on floating status.
