Hello, I'm a student but I am already legal in age. I would just like to ask if my parents could file a business under my name since they're giving me the business that they bought this year. We are currently in dilemma because I don't pay taxes since I am still a student and I don't work. We would like to file in DTI as soon as possible. Will it be considered illegal? Will we experience problems in DTI, BIR and City Hall? The business that I am inquiring is a 2-door Leased Apartment.
