I was supposed to start on my new job this friday, but the HR informed me that my on boarding won't push through anymore. Without giving explanation as to why they came up with that decision. Do I have any legal action against them?

A Job Offer can always be withdrawn as the same is NOT a job contract.

it has to be somewhat binding when signed and accepted.. what if you already resigned from your old job because you already accepted the new job offer..
