Hi,
Need urgent legal advice for I have signed a job offer sheet from a company with a mention that I am fully aware of their employment bond for 3 years commencing on the first day of work but no specific amount was mentioned, but during the interview it was discussed a 100k will be charged if I resign in less than 3 years. I have been with the company for less than a month now. I have not undergone any training and I have not even gotten my first salary yet. And have not signed any contract yet but was informed that they already have prepared it and has been signed by the owner and they are just waiting for my signature. I dont want to continue anymore with the company for personal and health reasons. And i dont have any plans of transferring to another company either. If i resign now will I be liable to pay them the bond fee and what legal actions can they file against me? What do I need to do and need to tell them to let me go without liabilities? Question
