Hello.. Ung employer namin puro cash advance palage ang binibigay samin. Habang tumatagal naiipon ng naiipon ung salary namin. Ano pwede namin gawin or paano ang unang step na ggawin kasi irereklamo na namin ung employer namin.. At isa pa pala, ung mga umalis na employee kinukuha na nila ung balances nila pero puro sige lng sinasabi ng employer (paasa ba). Lastly, this company ay hindi ngbibigay ng employment contract. My question is, ano ang haharapin nyang kaso if ever ireklamo namin.? May laban ba kami.? Thank You

yung employment contract hindi talaga required yun.
yung cash advance ba is lower than what you should get as salary? might be helpful if you give specifics. magkano ba daily mo and magkano binigay as salary advance
