tanung ko lang po sana kong tama po ba yung nakagawian ng baranggay namin, kasi napansin ko lang po na kpag kukuha ako ng Brgy. Clearance eh laging wala si kapitan tapos ung mga kagawad or secretary inuutusan kami na puntahan nalang daw namin si kapitan sa bahay nila kong gusto daw namin kumuha. nararapat ba yung ganung gawain nila?
