FAILED SUBJECT CONCERN

Good day po. Consult lang po sana ako regarding sa previous student ko. I was the oic of a certain college before pero now hindi na po ako connected sa school na yun. May issue na ngyari na napaintern ko si student pero my failed na subject. Which is dapat hindi siya makakaintern. I have a fault kasi na neglect ko po na irecheck. And aside from the failed subject n yun may failed subject pa siya during internship. As far as i could remember nung kinausap niya po kasi ako together with the president of the school pinayagan siya na grumaduate signing a waiver na di niya makukuha credentials niya if hindi niya sinummer class you two subject. The two parties both agree. Pero never na bumalik si studyante. Ngayon nagulat n lng po ako na nagreklamo n nga po siya with a lawyer na. The school is asking me for copies of exams, class records, quizzes and so on and so for for 24 hours. Eh wala naman na po akong maisubmit kasi since after i resigned lahat po ng school files iniwan ko na po dun sa school. Paano po eto? Lumipas na po yunh 24 hours pero wala man po akong nasubmit.
