Hi, hihingi sana po ako ng advise. ang situation po kasi nag resign po ako sa previous company ko last december 2016 pero nalaman ko po na since outsourced po ako hindi po pala nila tinerminate ung contract ko sa client nila. so ang alam po ng client nila is nag wowork parin po ako sa kanila until now. ano po possible na case po na pwede ko i file against sa company. heads up lng po nag re establish po sila ng bagong company abandoning there old name.

wag mo na paki alaman yan.. resigned ka na diba.. so hindi mo na problema kung ano mang illegal ang ginagawa nila..

Hi sir Patok hindi po kasi pwede pabayaan nlng. gamit gamit nila pangalan ko ang client ko now is same nationality sa client ko before what if makita na employed ako sa kanila at the same time dba? hassle sakin un and pangalan ko po naka taya dun at credibility kung may gawin sila kalokohan under my name ako tataman dun sir.

@council may friend po ako dun same team po kami nalaman nia po na kasma pa ako and may nag shashadow po sakin na ibang employee under my name po

eh di email mo yung client and tell them na you are no longer connected don sa company na yun.

yeah i dont see what complaint you can file, how to prove your charges and what benefit there will be for you even if you win. But if you really want to try, then proceed to DOLE and file your complaint there. Dun mo na rin i-ask kung ano na-violate nung employer.

Actually tinake ko na advice ni sir patok. Nag email na ako sa client. I'm not looking to file po. If ever na hindi po nila ako inalis name ko need ko na po i complain kasi possible na may fault na mangyari and ako ang maging fall guy gusto ko lng ma make sure na wala na po ako sabit. Thanks.
