Hi atty.,

May 2 po akong work. ung isa po 8am to 5pm as Marketing Assistant. Ung 2nd po sa isang retail store/coffee shop 6pm to 9pm as part-time for almost 4 years now. I'm pregnant now my due is on 1st week of November. Sabi po ng may-ari ng store magresign na daw po ako pagnanganak ako dahil maghihire na sila ng full time. Ask ko lang po wala na po ba akong karapatan bumalik sa part-time ko? Dapat po ba kahit part-time msy kontrata? Meron po ba akong na karapatan na bumalik pa? Please help.

actually, without a contract, you should be considered a regular part time worker with security of tenure. do not resign
