Nag seek ako ng icloud unlock service (my own phone) sa facebook and i found this guy claiming he does the service. I contacted him through private message about the issues on my phone, he said he can resolve it online, meaning i don't have to send my phone just the IMEI number, just pay P3,000. I requested an ID and he sent me his NBI Clearance, then nag send na ko ng payment ko through Smart Padala (July 21) (btw, Baguio ako, Laguna sya) so that it will be processed already since limited slots lang daw meron siya. This morning (July 22, 2017) I asked for an update and he said "Send ka pa ng 3k kasi need pa idecode ito". That's when I started asking for a refund since di naman niya nagawa ang issues ng phone ko, na sinabi ko naman nung simula yung problem at nag presyo siya ng 3k. Ngayon, sabi nya sayang daw 3k ko kung di ako magpapadala dahil yun daw ang last step ng process. This is clearly a scam, i was fooled. I asked other guys who does the same service and sabi nila ay scam daw pag ganun. Ngayon, ayaw na niya ibalik yung pera ko dahil nabayad na daw nya sa "server" nya. Wala na daw siya magagawa, so wala akong napala sa pera ko.
I just want to know kung anong action pwede ko gawin? Mahirap na kitain ang 3K ngayon. I was thinking kung ipost ko screenshots ng convo namin and pictures nya sa facebook baka ako pa ma-libel.
San po ako pwede mag file ng report kahit di ko na makuha money ko basta mag ka record sya kasi mag si-seaman siya, and anong kaso po ba siya maka-categorize? Thank you!
