Arresto Menor

Hi Everyone,

I would just like to ask regarding my dilemma. I bought an iphone from my co-worker's friend last September 22, 2016. Got no receipts or any proof of our transaction other than the print screen of the money that I transferred to him online coz he assured me that he's just a text a way if in case there's gonna be a problem. Now, few weeks passed, phone has issue connecting to wifi. I texted him to get the receipts and everything else I need so I can have it repaired. Until now, wala pa din akong nakukuhang kahit anong documents at hindi na siya sumasagot sa text, call or ffacebook.

What's the best thing to do? Please help!
