Ask q lng po about 2 case filed 9262 and 7610 the said two case filed after i receive a subpoena for counter affidvit ill make my counter affidavit then submited to prosecutors office together with affidavit of disstanxw of complinant eventually the 9262 is dismiss by prosecutor but the child abuse filed instied of child abuse prosecutor make as a to physical injuries in relation to 7610 and now i receive the resolution how long it takes start hearing after i receive the resolution and about the case anu po buh pwde mangyari pls any opinion or advice need q lng po tlga so paranoid

That is only stated in resolution i receive the case filed me and then the affidavit of complinant and my counter affidavit also stating that that 9162 is probable cause is no longer establish coz the complinant execute and affidavit of dissitance however the liable for a child abuse because the act that is isfliction in physical injuries in the child is intende to den intrinsic to the child yan po nkalagay

Is the grammar seriously that bad? If that is the case, an information will be filed against you. Hire a lawyer.

Probable cause could no longer established against the respondent in violation in RA 9262 because the affidavit of disistance is executed by the complinant
however the respondent is liable for child abuse because the act that is the infliction of physicl injuries to the child was intended to demean the intrinsic worth of the child

Wherefore let an information for violation of sec 10 (a) of RA 7610 be filed against the respondent before the RTC

Actually sir the complinant is my girl friend his son was accendentally hit in right face s time n ng aaway kmi na out balance aq kya doon aq s anak nya napunta which is not intensionally to hit for revenge ngbfile cya
