Ang aming ama ay yumao recently. Gusto lang po sana naming malaman kung isasama pa po namin ang title sa extra judicial settlement ng properties ng aming ama.

Isa pa pong concern namin ay wala po kaming access sa bank accounts ng aming ama, paano po namin ito maisasama sa extrajudicial settlement para mailipat saaming magkakapatid.

Inform the bank about the death of your father so you may include his accounts (even the account numbers, you don't know?) in the extra-judicial settlement.

Your mother pre-deceased your father, so at the time she died, he was also her heir, and he had a share in the property, on top of his share in the absolute community/conjugal partnership of gains.
