2. hindi. pwede mong singilin ng 5 araw na hindi ka napa-sweldo.

After 30 days the company did not ask you to return? Hindi ka man lang pumunta o tumawag sa ika-31 na araw?

Ano ang eksaktong nakalagay sa preventive suspension notice mo?

Dunno about sexual harrasment. pero kung preventive suspension upto termination it depends. Dapat may admin hearing with HR yan kung na term ka na kung nireklamo ka unang una pag susubmitin ka ng letter as notice to explain (defense m un) tapos mag iinvestigate sila (hr) kung may actual evidence like cctv footage sa alleged complaint sau yeah you can be terminated pero kung wala naman or walang kasulatan mula sa hr nyo na napatunayan nila ikay nag kasala at tinatatanggal k nila sa trabaho mo you can seek your legal advise sa PAO or DOLE and if u decide to take it further its ur choice. Meron kasing 2 claseng preventive suspension isa is may specific time line isa nmn undefined o tinatawag naming unspecified preventive suspension pero either kelangan inotify ka nila ng result or anyayahan ka para sa hearing at mabadbasan ng hatol

Please provide legal reference for these 2 types of preventive suspension, especially this "undefined" or "unspecified" type.

Or do you mean "indefinite" ?
