Hello
I just want to know if someone can be in trouble by not paying a loan or be sued?
what if a person cannot really pay the loan due to bankruptcy can still the bank sue you
I need an advise on what to do

do you have a business since you filed for bankruptcy? if you properly filed for bankruptcy, shouldn't your lenders be informed about this?

anyway, yes you can be sued either civil or criminal.

I believe if you file a bankruptcy it's not good in financial record
what can be the effect of filling bankruptcy

if you file for bankruptcy, all the assets of the company will be liquidated to pay all the loans of the company.
