Arresto Menor

Pwede po ba asikuhin ng boyfriend ko yn annulment nya kahit nasa ibang bansa sya. Balak namin magpakasal at kasal sa una asawa yun babae pinakasalan nya, iniwanan sya at 8 years na sila hiwalay. Gusto na namin magpakasal pag uwi ng Pilipinas. Please advise kung ano po ang pwede nya gawin para ma asikaso kahit wala sya sa Pilipinas.

what to do proceed the process? san po pupunta para i file ang annulment? Mag apply po kami ng Legal Power of Attorney para ipdala sa pinas sa tao na mag aasikaso ng case nya.. please advise. Thank you

It's not a simple matter of processing. It should be determined first if there is a valid basis for annulment. I recommend he has his marital docs and history reviewed by a legal professional.
