Ano po ang magiging surname ng anak ko? Surname po ba ng husband ko? Or surname ng nakabuntis sa akin?

As long as the child is acknowledged by the real father.

However, putting his name in the birth certificate despite the fact that you are married to someone else is admitting adultery.
