Hi good day! Ask ko lang po kasi yung Surname ko is under my Mother's name, hindi married yung Father ko sa Mother ko pero as far as I know pwede ng gamitin ang surname ng Father even if not married year when I was born which is 1993. How will I able to change my surname from my Mother's to his? Kasi all I know is under ng Father ko nakaregister, nalaman ko lang nung gragraduate na ako ng College nagka conflict sa Diploma ko. lahat din ng ID's ko nakalagay yung sa father's ko.
