Arresto Menor

Ano po ba pwede ikaso sa taong hindi binabayaran ung bill na sakin po nakapangalan? Bilang mag partner po dati binigay ko po sakanya ang right na gamitin ung existing line ko sa globe kaso nagkahiwalay po kami nasa kasunduan po namin na siya po magbabayad ng bill . Kaso 6mons na po hindi binabayaran. Ako po ung apektado kasi sa akin po nakapangalan ung line. Hindi po nya po ako sinasagot para mabayaran ung bill . Pinakiusap ko na po kaso mukhang wala na po sya balak bayaran. 2 yrs po contract nun. Pwede ko po ba sya kasuhan? Salamat po

Well you could send him a demand letter to pay the unpaid bills and say that if he refuses to do so, you will file the necessary case against him in court for collection of sum of money.

In the meantime, try to ask Globe if the sim that is with your ex could be deactivated so he could not benefit from it anymore. This might entail that you will have to pay for the unpaid bills, though.
