hi ask ko po sana pano ko po mapapalitan ang surname ng anak ko at father name? Kc po nairegester ko cya sa pangalang ng dati ko asawa kasal po kami pero seperated na at me iba nadin po cya kinakasama at anak
Gusto ko po sana isunod ang ipilyido ng anak ko sa totoo nitong ama at ilagay ang totoo nitong ama. Pano po ang gagawin ko?

Hi,

If married pa rin kayo (meaning, not legally separated/not annulled), ang apelyido ng asawa mo ang susundin ng bata. Kung hindi siya ang totoong ama ng anak mo, ang kailangan magpaalis ng pangalan nya at magpapalit ng apelyido ng anak mo ay ang asawa mo o ang anak mo pag at least 18 years old na siya.

Ng kinasal po kami ng dati ko asawa e wala po ko parent conscent at 18 palang ako that time po pd po ba un maging reason para mapawalang visa ang kasal namin at gano po katagal ang proséso at magkano po kaya ang magastos at pd dn po ba gamitin dahilan un para maayos q ang birtcertipicate ng anak ko na di naman cya ang ama?
