Nagalit po yong buyer at pinipilit na ibalik ko n lng ang bayad. Isang taon na po ang nakakaraan at wala silang hinuhulog ngayon po ano ang papeles na dapat kong ihanda. Nagalit din po cla nong pinalinis ko ang property kara ibenta ko sa iba. Bakit daw po pinalitan q ang padlock ng property. May karapatan pa po ba cia sa property kung hindi nmn cia nag huhulog?

If the deed of sale has conditions to the effect that in the event they cannot pay for so and so number of installments, you as seller can terminate the contract without need for any further notice or demand, then you can sell the property to someone else.

Otherwise you have to notify the buyer to pay up and go to court to either collect the balance or have the contract rescinded.
