meron po kasing binibentang bahay sa amin gusto po namin kunin kaya lang po nag dadoubt po kami kc po baka naisanla na nila yung bahay sa iba tapos kapag nabili na namin sa amin maghahabol yung pinagsanlaan nila. may karapatan po ba yung pinagsanlaan nila na sa amin maghahabol o wala na kami pakialam dun na dapat dun sila maghabol sa nagsanla sa kanila.

is this a property covered by a TCT? verify at the register of deeds if the title is clean. who is in possession of the property?
