contractual promotion

employee po ako ng isang bpo company, hired june 2013 as technical support representative 1 para sa isang internet service provider account. june 2016 napromote ako as technical support representative 2, nagkaroon po aq ng 2k na increase s allowance pero dun sa pinirmahan ko na contract about the promotion nakalagay na valid for 6 months lang yung assignment ko as technical support representative 2. pagkatapos po ng 6 months nawala un additional 2k n allowance. pinapirma po ulit aq ng parehong contract as technical support representative at bumalik yung 2k na dagdag sa allowance ko. ngayon pong June ay matatapos na po yung 2nd n contract n pinirmahan ko at ang sabi po ng aking supervisor ay di na irerenew yung contract namin. di po ba considered na regular or permanent na technical support representative 2 na ako dahil more than 6 months na ako sa position na yun?
