I just want to ask if there is a law about destroying person's personality and life. By using verbal?
Ex. (FILIPINO: POKPOK KA, GINALAW KA NA NG IBA, BAYARAN KITA, MALANDI) But it is not true and does not exist in a persons life.
Its more like sexual harrasment by using words to other people
