kailangan ko po ng advice kasi yung ex-girlfriend ng asawa ko (we just jot maried last jan.8 2011) sinisiraan po kami. nag message po sya sa akin na may HERPES ang asawa ko. may anak daw po sila pero yung babae may asawa talaga and nag sinungalin sya sa asawa ko tungkol sa status nya nung sila pa. . sabi nya hiwalay sya sa asawa pero hindi naman. battered girlfriend daw po sya, sinabi din po nya na may ex-wife ang asawa ko kahit wala naman. nag message sya sa kuya ko na ndi naman nya kakilala at sinabi na may anak daw sila at sila pa daw nung naging kami. siniraan nya yung boyfriend ko (asawa ko na ngayon) sa kapatid ko. nag message pa sya sa maraming tao nung bago pa lang kaming mag nobyo ng asawa ko. may mga evidence ako and screenshots nung mga ginawa nya sa amin.

i really need your advice kasi madami ng tao na umiiwas sa amin at nag resign ako dati sa work dahil sa ginawa sa amin nung babae. please help me.

if you can prove that she is the one who posted these messages, then you can file a criminal charge. if it can be read by other persons, then it is libel. the text to you that your husband has herpes can be considered libel.

we're planning to file a lawsuit against her ex-girlfriend. she sent a message using facebook and i was able to save all the screenshots and messages. so, what will be our first step? where can we file the lawsuit? thank you so much for the advice.
