quitclaim versus affidavit of desistance

Hello, I was involved in a vehicular accident last wednesday. An old lady suddenly hit the side of my car.  I immediately brought her to the ER and had her seen and admitted.  She sustained no fractures but had small lacerations on her forehead and back of head.  She is still admitted and I have assured her that I will shoulder all medical expenses because it was an accident involving my vehicle.  Now, the old lady and her daughter is "nagpaparinig" na they need to be compensated because they could not work, nobody could watch over a disabled sister, even the eyeglasses and umbrella that got broken.  I am quite willing to shoulder the medical expenses but I want to ask, for what else am I supposed to pay if accident naman talaga at mukhang yung matanda pa ang tumama sa side ng car ko?

also, her doctor already approved her for discharge pero ayaw pa nya umuwi, nakikiusap kung pwede daw i extend kasi walang titingin sa kanya sa bahay?

Also, pareho lang ba ang deed of release, waiver and quitclaim at affidavit of desistance?
