Hi,
been renting a house for 6 years. However in 2017 neighbors on one side started dog hotel, neighbors on other side
started car repair shop.
So you can imagine the noise level has gotten to unacceptable levels.
Where can I go to check if those businesses are allowed to be here because we stay in a residential cul the sac, with
no traffic and it used to be very peaceful (phase 5 Afpovai Taguig). The owner of my rental property is not willing to assist
me cause they are all army friends lol.
It is highly improbable they even have business licenses to conduct business but i was advised the way to follow up
is check zoning license first.
