Hi, may I but in with the same concern?. Frequent kasi Yung changes Ng company name namen na parang Ang labo Lang nung mga documentations na ini-issue nila... Let me use LjayR's example:
I initially signed the contract with C1 (2014), which later on dineklara nilang mata-transfer kami sa new company (after few months) which is C2. Contracts were given which we also signed pero until now they don't issue our personal copy of it. Just recently (2017), they change the company name again to C3, but this time, no contracts were given at all. Then I found out after checking my SSS online contribution, C3 company was registered and has been doing our contribution since 2014 - no information about the C2 company. Legal ba yun? Parang anlabo Lang kasi na when they issued COEI before, it's under C2, where in fact, non@-existing Naman pala Ang C2. Please advise... Thanks!
