TRANSFER TO SISTER COMPANY

Hi, our company has 2 sister company. Lets say c1,c2 and c3 same business line.I'm a regular employee from c1 and transfer me to c2 without any notification but still same position,salary and continous tenure.My proof is just my payslip. Upon checking, it was suddenly under C2 company.no contract given and served to be signed. Are there any claims? what will be the computation if ever?Do i need to ask for a contract sign/ letter that i've been transfered from this to that one.what will appear to my certificate of employment if ever? Pls advise. Thank u.

check ko sa SSS kung which company is remitting your premiums, hindi enough yung pay slips. may contract ka ba sa c1? pano mo nalaman na nasa c2 ka? meron bang kumausap sayo? kelan pa nangyari ito?

may copy ka ng contract ng C1? kasi you need proof na ang employer mo dati is c1. Baka kasi i-claim nila na sa c2 ka employed all along. If you wish you can write a letter to HR na hindi mo ni accept ang paglipat sayo ng employment sa ibang company. Para ibalik ka nila sa c1. wala ka naman makukuha

Hi, may I but in with the same concern?. Frequent kasi Yung changes Ng company name namen na parang Ang labo Lang nung mga documentations na ini-issue nila... Let me use LjayR's example:

I initially signed the contract with C1 (2014), which later on dineklara nilang mata-transfer kami sa new company (after few months) which is C2. Contracts were given which we also signed pero until now they don't issue our personal copy of it. Just recently (2017), they change the company name again to C3, but this time, no contracts were given at all. Then I found out after checking my SSS online contribution, C3 company was registered and has been doing our contribution since 2014 - no information about the C2 company. Legal ba yun? Parang anlabo Lang kasi na when they issued COEI before, it's under C2, where in fact, non@-existing Naman pala Ang C2. Please advise... Thanks!

if same company has been paying your sss since 2014 perhaps they merely changed names? it can be same company yet they keep on changing corporate names

they are not obligated to give you a copy of the contract or make you sign one

Thanks for the advise. I'm about to resign and is planning to put my resignation under C2 as that's where I signed up on, although the company is under C3 effective January. Do I have the right to refuse signing quit claim from C3 if I didn't sign under it to begin with? Thanks

if you dont sign quit claim, the company may withhold whatever is due to you. I dont see any harm in signing, you are merely stating that C3 does not owe you anything.
