Arresto Menor

I have an existing car loan with the East west bank.We had a one month past due invoice so they keep on calling us to settle it.nakiusap ako na ma settle ko sya unfortunately ma-delayed lang. Hindi parin po napakiusapan si East west, pinadala po ang field officer at kinukuha ang unit. Tanong ko lang po ilang unpaid month pwede mahatak ang unit? Ilang month kaya kasi upon discussion sa Bangko ang sabi they have all the discretion na hatakin ang unit kahit 1 month past due lang at wala daw ako magagawa dun. Yun po ang sabi ng collections ng Eastwest bank
