limitations of sustento

Hello Everyone,

I just wanted to ask ng advise sa situation ko.

I am the father of a 4 year old girl, hiwalay kami ng mother nya.

Her mother is living with another guy and they have a child.

On my end nman, i have a girl friend at wala pa kmi anak.


Last week, nag usap kmi sa brgy at nakuha nya custody ng anak ko

Ung question ko is obigado ba ako mag magbayad ng boung tuition fee ng anak ko pag nag start na ung school nya dun sa place ng mom nya or khit tig half kmi? Gsto ko lng malaman un mga limitations

Ang gusto ko kse from the start pag aaralin ko ung anak nmin sa private school then 1 week skin uuwi, tpos 1 weeks sa mom nya uuwi pero hindi pumayag mom nya gsto dun sa kanya mon to fri sat sun lng skin. So pag dting sa school naicp ko since ayaw nya pumayag ng gnun setup xa nlng mag paaral.

kung hindi kayo kasal, technically sa nanay lang ang custody at visitation rights lang ang meron ka.

regarding sa sustento, both parents should provide for the child kaya dapat 50/50 din sa gastos. this includes basic needs tulad ng food, clothing, shelter, education, etc.
