Ano po ang statute of limitations ng serious physical injury? I was mauled by my brother a month and a week ago, magfa-file sana ko ng kaso kaya lang nakiusap sa akin yung tatay ko na kawawa naman daw yung kapatid ko. Ngayon nanggugulo na naman sya dito sa bahay at balak ko na ituloy yung kaso -question ko lang po, pwede pa ba ako makapagsampa ng demanda laban sa kanya ng hulihin sya ng pulis?

Yes, you can still file a case against your brother. The statute of limitations for your case has not expired yet, as far as I know.
