Hello, what is the statute of limitation in case of attempted murder ? It happened 5 years ago too a male victim. It was reported by the victim to the local police station right after it happened. But he didnt file a case against his wife who tried to kill him. Now his wife filed a TPO against him without any severe reason. Can he still accuse and file a case of attempted murder against his wife ? Id appreciate any info/advice about this. Thank you.
