2. does a slap in the face fall under slight physical injury?

Gusto ko lang po malaman,under RA 9262, meron po kc doon sa mga penalties, bukod sa kulong ay may fine pa na not less than 100,000 to not more than 300, 000, ang tanong ko lng po, panu po kung wlang pambayad ang my sala?
