Arresto Menor

Good day po.
Inquire lang po ako.
Scenario:
1. Si empoyee nakaleave sya ng 7,8,9(restday),10,11,12.
2. Walag pasok sa trabaho ng 13 at 14.
3. Regular holiday po ng 9,13 at 14
4. Ngayon, binibigyan ang mga employee ng SIL pero every december po yun binibigay ng company.
5. Kaya yung sasahurin po nya sa katapusan, hndi po kasama o bayad yung leave nya.


QUestion:
1. Tama po bang sabihin na leave without pay yung leave nya ng 7,8,10,11,12 at wala syang holiday pay?
o
2. Leave with pay para may holiday pay?

anu po ba ang mas dapat?
