Sir/Madam nka tanggap po kasi kmi ng foreclosure notice sa pagibig dahil sa hindi na continue bayadan ng nanay namin ang bahay namin, at namatay na po sya noong 2015 pa ang sabi ng pagibig wala na daw sana kaming babayaran kung na continue lg nanay namin ang pag bayad sa bahay kazo 2012 pa daw sya huminto mag bayad hanggang namatay sya noong 2015. Ano po ba dapat namin gawin? Government employee ang nanay ko hanggang ngayon wala pa approval sa supreme court kung mag kano makukuha benepisyo ng nanay namin. Crying or Very sad

Pagibig is correct, your monthly payments include insurance that in the event of the principal borrower not being able to pay anymore due to sickness or death or disability, the loan is going to be paid for and the title released.

Go to PAGIBIG and ask what you can do.

The SC ruling on the benefits is a separate matter, and must not be the main decision factor, else you will not pay because it hasn't come out.

If Pag-Ibig take the property in a Foreclosure, then owner (and I suppouse hiers) have right to buy it back within a year. But that have some extra costs compared to if it isn't Foreclosed, so try to solve it with Pag-Ibig BEFORE the Foreclosure if you want to keep the property.
