pwede bang kasuhan ang biological father ng illegitimate child ng harassment or kidnapping kung kukunin nya ang anak sa grandparents (parents ng biological mother) dahil ang mother ay nasa ibang bansa. Ang biological father ay walang proof of filiation dahil wala namang acknowledgement of paternity sa birth certificate ng bata.

Kung ang anak ay iiwan sa grandparents dahil ang ina (single mother) ay nagtatrabaho sa ibang bansa, kelangan po ba ng proof of parental authority & supervision ng grandparents?

Can the single mother file for a civil/criminal case under RA 90262? Or can she file kidnapping charges under the revised penal code?

Lastly, the biological mother is planning to bring the child with her outside the country, does she have to provide travel clearance for her child being an illegitimate minor?

Kung di kayo kasal at di naman acknowledge ang anak eh walang habol yung tatay. pero kung nagbibigay sya ng sustento sa bata, kahit wala sya sa BC ay pwede nya ito gamiting proof of acknowledgement.
