I signed my apparaisal last july 2016 apparently it was still not reflected on my monthly salary. Pwede po ba kong humingi ng retro from the time na ma credit na sakin yung pinirmahan kong appraisal? But hindi po kasi nakaindicate dun sa appraisal ko kung magkano yung increase ng salary ko... it was stated verbally.

Talk to your HR first and ask kung bakit di pa nag re reflect.. also the increase should be in writing.. ask your boss to write it on the document and sign it..
