Arresto Menor

April 9 po ngayon, Araw ng Kagitingan. Sabi po sa batas e bayad daw and double pay kung papasok. Kung 12 working days lang kayo per cut off at tumama ng linggo itong April 9, bayad pa din po ba ito at magiging 13 working days ang bayad sa iyo next cut salary? Nalilito lang ako kasi sabi din ng kaibigan ko, ganun daw nangyari sa kanila dati. Salamat po sa sasagot.

yes if pumasok ng april 9 200% ang bayad. yung mga cutoff etc ay depende na sa company polcies etc. ang importante eh tama ang iababyad sa inyo

Sir, kung hindi po pumasok ngayong araw(linggo), bayad pa din ba tong araw na ito?

Sir i would like to ask po sana about the holiday pay what if the regular holiday falls on your restday babayaran pa din po ba yun? and also the before and after policy : example absent before the regular holiday but he work on the day of regular holiday it should be pay doble or not? (April 12 absent, April 13 present,but also absent of the following day)

I hope you can help on this one salamat po

if daily ka na employee you get holiday pay even on rest day. If nag work ka you get din even if you were absent the day before or after
