Resigning/awol

Hi,
Im a finance associate in a company, more like gen acctant but do only backlogs (2015 transaction) due to change in change of the system they used in recording accounting transactions.
I dont want to go to work anymore and I AWOL today, I am a project base employee for three months contract, and got extended to another project base contract for three months again,
But my problem is I dont want to go back because I hated my boss and vice versa, I am actually 9months starting this day, and the contract already elapse 3months ago,

My question is should I file a resignation letter, but should i still tender 30days?, i dont want to go back, please help me, Im desperate.

if project based ang contract mo, kelan ang start and finish ng contract

July po ako nag start so dapat jan 31, end of contract, wala na po akong pinirmahan, nag usap po kami ng boss ko, at hanggang march 31, nalang ako, (verbal agreement)

if pumayag naman sya then i dont see any problem. ask nalang HR how to get clearance if you want to make sure na wala ka maging problema

Hindi pa po kasi tapos ung task ko, for finalization nalang, ... hindi ko na po kailangan mag file ng resignation?),,, as long na mabigay ko ung final report ko. What if I file a resignation and friday is my last day april 3, is what may be the consequences/result
