Arresto Menor

Hello. Just want seek for the advise. Nagemail po ako sa manager that I will be on leave without pay for specific date (lwop kasi hindi po siya pumapayag ng hindi planned kaya nagkusa na po ako) pero ang announcement niya is awol then next working day naglwop po ako (with email) then ang announcement niya is absent. Then nagemail po sakin si HR na need daw po ng approval before ako magleave and since im currently serving my notice for resignation that will be my final warning if any of such infractions were to occur, can they file a disciplinary action against me??? Thank you po.

Any leave, whether with or without pay, needs approval.

Failure to secure an approval may be grounds for being declared AWOL and/or absent.
