HomeCan anyone here confirm to me if the TCP of a property example a house already includes the Transfer Fees of the title. Who will pay for that, the buyer or the seller/developer?

I was just thinking that the transfer fee is already included on the total contract price that we already paid. It should be but Im just a commoner no expert with this kind of things.

It negotible, but normaly the seller pay the CAPITAL GAIN tax,
but the buyer pay other things a for instance the Title transfer.
LOCK UP! Some depts as unpaid PROPERTY tax and electricity follow the PROPERTY UNDEPENDING of who is owner so make sure such are paid during the sell process.
