good day.question lang po.possible po ba na matransfer un title without transfer tax receipt? lumabas na po kcng title ng seller and buyer based sa extrajudicial settlement with sale pero d po maprocess un segregation of tax kc need daw namin un transfer tax receipt.ang alam ko po nagsubmit na kami nun 2002 sa assessor's office pero nawala daw po. ngayon wala na kaming copy or na misplaced. i checked with treasurer's office sa city hall but they need to have the OR number so they can check manually. any advise po kung pano gagawin namin.thanks in advance po.
