My wife falsified my signature on her deed of donation to her exclusive property during our marriage, is this valid?

Exclusive property of my wife because the property was donated to her by her mother during our marriage. Before she died, she executed a deed of donation in favor to her relative and falsified my signature over the consent. is the donation valid?

there is definitely falsification of a public document because it was made to appear that you participated in the donation.

but as to the validity of the donation, i would argue that it is still valid because your consent was not necessary to make it valid.
