Posible bang mag-desist ang complainant sa isang accused lang? Kung apat silang inaakusahan at nag ooffer ng areglo ang complainant, but only one can comply with the condition set by the complainant, pwede ba syang mag desist to one, and prosecute the rest? This is after sila ma-inquest but prior to the arraignment. Just in case, wala na bang liability ang pinatawad na akusado, mapa-civil or mapa-criminal man?

Please educate me on this.
