Good day po sa mga legal advisor... I would like to ask po sana regarding kasi sa Certificate of Employment hindi po kasi ako nakakuha agad ng Certification from my previous employer due to urgent na flight schedule going Taiwan to work as Caregiver. Then after three years of my contract andito na ako sa Pilipinas I decided to apply again for abroad but my agency here in the Philippines doesn't want to issue COE because its been three years na daw and baka hindi daw maganda ang record ko i ask them I will go to my previous Patient family to confirm para alam nila na wala akong bad record to them but the owner of the Agency for Caregiver insist na wla silang record? Humingi na lang daw po ako ng recommendations sa mga family dati kong naging pasyente???
question: Is it true po ba na hindi sila pwedeng mag issue kasi three years ago na? I have the right to get my COE kahit matagal na akong wala sa kanila and is it possible na wala sila na record ko.
Di po ba dapat may mga record pa rin sila ng mga naging employee nila before just in case na may mag verify ng status ng dating empleyado pano po kung tawagan sila ng magiging employer ko sasabihin nila na waala akong record sa kanila..
Please help po any advice.. Im worried na isipin ng bagong employer na fake yung nilalagay ko sa resume ko.
Ive been working in Company for three years since 2012-2013 and i don't have any bad record with them..
