Work certification

Hi po, ask ko lang, my partner work as a prof before sa Phils, as of the moment we are on the process of applying for PR abroad, in order to apply for PR we need to accumulate points, his previous employer gave different certification everytime mag aask, the worst thing about it is paiksi ng paiksi ang time frame. in total there are 3 work certification with different starting and finished date. We feel na para nila kming nidadrag, the more they know how much we need it the more sila marmai dahilan sa technicaliites, My legal na pananagutan po ba sila sa ganun? Pwede po ba namin sila ireklamo for giving different certifications everytime.. Wala lang po tlga kming idea. Will appreciate any idea/suggestion po.

Another Q po. If ang end ng contract May 31, 2012, pero my retrenchment notice that employment will be terminated effective ng JULY 7, 2012. Sino po yung legal na end ng service? Pwede po ba yung JULY 7, 2012?

End na sa May 31 so wala nang matatanggap na retrenchment pay dahil wala na sya nung July.

nakareceive pa sya payment til July. Though huli syang pumasok ng May 31. legally can he request to extend his service til the end date of termination?

Request lang naman so pwede.

Pero pag nagkaalaman na binayaran sya kahit hindi sya umabot ng July, baka bawiin naman yun.

decision nung university to pay them for an extra month, and another 1/2 per month mula dun sa date na napermanent sya.

yung inaaplayan kasi namin na permanent resident, point system, sa kontrak june 12, 2007 to may 31, 2012. kulang ng 12 days para mag 5 yrs, dahil dun magkukulang kmi ng points.

di namin mapakiusapan school na gawing june 1, 2007. so iniisip namin bka naman pwede nila gawin june 12, 2007 to july 7, 2012. since sa letter nila yun yung termination ng service nya, meron na din sila binigay na certification stating that, kaso nung 2009 pa yung certification na yun, when we asked again june 12, 2007 to may 31, 2012 na yung binibigay nila. kaht anong pakiusap gawin namin na need namin for resident application.
