Hello po atty...
We need help po. I was workin in a call center and eager to work abroad. An officemate offer a job to australia.. I was pursuaded and asked me for related docs and my passport. He asked me for some money obviously in good faith i gave him total p4800... I decided to seek help with pao lawyer but mmy efforts didnt end up with a positive outcome. She told me theres nothing we can do cause its verbal agreement no receipts i should had requested for receipts and its my fault. What i only have are recorded sms and facebook conversation. Hope someon could help as justice may not be served so ok lang po b na manloko ng kapwa. This guy is reported commiting fraud with everyone else in iur office. What can i do. Hes already on awol cause of fraud his commiting.. Hes not replying to the sms and i believe his hiding..
