I have a friend who got served with an RFI and was put under preventive suspension, however, the HR BP didn't specify the period of time the PS would last. She was just advised that HR will get in touch with her for the next process.
This friend of mine is working in a voice process captive company. She was placed under PS for violating the company's class c rule - grave offence; rudeness and disconnecting the call. She violated the rule twice within the month.
The question is, is it legal for the company to serve a PS without specifying how it will last?
